Tiger Airways Holdings

Tiger Airways Holdings Limited was a Singapore-based airline holding company that operated from 2007 to 2016, formed to manage a group of low-cost carrier subsidiaries across the Asia-Pacific region including Tigerair Singapore, which began flying in 2004, alongside regional affiliates in Australia, Taiwan, the Philippines and Indonesia. Singapore Airlines acquired the company in 2016, delisted it from the Singapore Exchange, retired the Tigerair brand and folded its operations into its own budget carrier Scoot, leaving Tigerair Taiwan as the only airline still operating under the Tigerair name.
