Budget Aviation Holdings is a Singapore-based holding company for the low-cost carrier Scoot, formed on 18 May 2016 to simplify management of the airline subsidiaries after Singapore Airlines completed its acquisition of Tigerair and Tiger Airways was delisted from the Singapore stock exchange.
