Northrop Grumman Corporation is an American aerospace and defense company headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia, formed by the 1994 merger of Northrop Corporation and Grumman Corporation, two long-established American aircraft makers. It builds military aircraft, spacecraft and defense electronics, including the B-2 Spirit stealth bomber and its successor the B-21 Raider, and is one of the largest defense contractors in the United States by revenue.
