Colt CZ Group

Colt CZ Group SE is a European firearms holding company based in Prague, Czech Republic, formed in its current structure on 10 January 2013 and organized as a European public company trading on the Prague Stock Exchange. Its brands include Česká zbrojovka, CZ-USA and Colt's Manufacturing Company, and its subsidiaries include Česká zbrojovka Uherský Brod, Colt Holding Company, Dan Wesson Firearms, Zbrojovka Brno and, since a December 2023 acquisition, the ammunition maker Sellier and Bellot.
