American Champion Aircraft Corporation is a manufacturer of general aviation aircraft headquartered at the Rochester, Wisconsin, airport. It was founded in 1988 on the acquisition of the Champ, Citabria, Scout and Decathlon designs, which it obtained from Bellanca, itself the buyer of Champion Aircraft Corporation in 1970. It has produced replacement parts for these aircraft since 1988 and has produced new aircraft since 1990. It builds the American Champion Citabria.
