CTBC Financial Holding

CTBC Financial Holding Co., Ltd., formerly ChinaTrust Financial Holding Company, is a Taiwanese financial services holding company founded by Jeffrey Koo Sr. of the Koos Group and now chaired by Jeffrey Koo Jr. as majority owner. Headquartered at CTBC Financial Park in Taipei, it operates through eight major subsidiaries spanning banking, including corporate, consumer and retail segments, securities brokerage and underwriting, bonds and bills, insurance brokerage, high-tech venture capital, asset management, security services and lottery operations. As of 2024 the group reported total assets of 270 billion dollars, making it one of Taiwan's major financial institutions.
