AIA Group is a multinational insurance and financial services corporation headquartered in Hong Kong, established in 1919 and now the largest publicly traded life insurance group in the Asia-Pacific region, operating across 18 markets including Hong Kong, mainland China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. It provides life, accident and health insurance and savings and retirement planning products for individuals, alongside employee benefits, credit life and pension services for corporate clients. AIA has built an extensive bancassurance distribution network, including a multi-market partnership with Citibank, and reported total assets of roughly 328 billion US dollars as of mid-2025.
