ICG plc

ICG plc, formerly known as Intermediate Capital Group, is a London-based private equity investment firm that provides capital to help companies grow through private and public markets, offering strategies and funds aimed at institutional investors. Founded in February 1989 by six investment professionals and listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1994, the firm operates from London along with offices in eighteen additional countries and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. It changed its name from Intermediate Capital Group to ICG in July 2025.
