Pershing Square Holdings Ltd

Pershing Square Holdings Ltd is a Guernsey investment trust and financial services company headquartered in Saint Peter Port, Guernsey, managed by Bill Ackman of Pershing Square Capital Management and tracking the performance of that American hedge fund. It was established on 2 February 2012 and completed an initial public offering on Euronext Amsterdam in 2014; as of 2026 it manages assets of about 16.1 billion dollars. The trust is listed on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker PSH and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.
