Citadel Securities

Citadel Securities LLC is an American market making firm headquartered in Miami, Florida, founded in 2002 by Kenneth C. Griffin. It ranks among the largest market making firms in the United States alongside Virtu and Jane Street, is the largest designated market maker on the New York Stock Exchange, and provides liquidity and trade execution to retail and institutional clients across futures, equities, credit, options, currencies and Treasury bonds. The firm operates as a separate entity from the hedge fund Citadel LLC, but both were founded and remain majority-owned by Griffin.
