Shriram Finance

Shriram Finance is the flagship financial services company of the Indian Shriram Group, headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It provides commercial vehicle finance, passenger vehicle finance, small and medium enterprise finance, and retail lending including personal loans, gold loans and two wheeler loans. The company was formed in 2022 through the merger of Shriram City Union Finance, Shriram Capital and Shriram Transport Finance, and in December 2025 Japan's MUFG Bank announced plans to acquire a twenty percent stake in it for about 4.3 billion dollars, pending regulatory approval.
