Itau Unibanco Holding S.A. is a Brazilian bank headquartered in Sao Paulo, formed in 2008 through the merger of two of Brazil's largest banks, Banco Itau and Unibanco. It is the largest private sector bank in Latin America by assets, offering retail and commercial banking, insurance and asset management.
