Edmond de Rothschild Group

The Edmond de Rothschild Group is a financial institution specializing in private banking and asset management, based in Geneva, Switzerland, and owned independently by the Rothschild family. It was founded in Paris in 1953 by Edmond Adolphe de Rothschild as La Compagnie Financiere (LCF) Edmond de Rothschild. As of 2024 the group employed about 2,700 people across 29 sites in 14 countries, managed assets of CHF 184 billion, and reported revenue of CHF 6.3 billion. Its leadership includes Ariane de Rothschild as chief executive, Cynthia Tobiano as deputy chief executive and Yves Perrier as chairman. Beyond banking, the group also encompasses the Edmond de Rothschild Foundations, its philanthropic arm, and Edmond de Rothschild Heritage, a lifestyle brand covering fine wine, cheese, luxury hotels and restaurants.
