Numaligarh Refinery is an oil refinery located at Morangi in the Golaghat district of Assam, India. Operating as Numaligarh Refinery Limited, it opened in 1999 with commercial production beginning on 1 October 2000, and it is a division of Oil India Limited under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas of the Government of India, having been designated a Navratna public sector undertaking from 2 December 2025.
