Tenaris

Tenaris S.A. is a Luxembourg based manufacturer of steel pipes and related services for the petroleum industry. It was formally organized on December 17, 2001 but traces its roots to Siderca, founded in Argentina in 1948 as the country's sole producer of seamless steel pipe. Tenaris produces and ships more than 4 million tons of pipe a year, with major operations across North America, South America, Asia Pacific and Europe. It is controlled by the Techint group and its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange, the Borsa Italiana and the Mexican Stock Exchange.
