Seatrium Limited

Seatrium Limited is a Singapore based, state linked offshore, marine and energy services company that traces its history to the 1963 founding of Jurong Shipyard. It took its current form in 2023 after Sembcorp Marine acquired Keppel Corporation's Offshore and Marine division for 3.34 billion US dollars and its shareholders approved the renaming to Seatrium. The company operates shipyards in Singapore, Indonesia, the United Kingdom and Brazil, building rigs, floaters, offshore platforms and specialised ships, and it is listed on the Singapore Exchange with Temasek Holdings as its owner. In its 2024 financial year it reported revenue of 9.2 billion Singapore dollars.
