Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is an American midstream natural gas and crude oil pipeline company headquartered in Houston, Texas. The company grew significantly through acquisitions, including its purchase of GulfTerra in 2004, building out a large network of pipelines, storage and processing assets. Dan Duncan was the company's majority owner until his death in 2010, after which his ownership stake passed to his heirs.
