Exxaro Resources Limited

Exxaro Resources Limited is a South African diversified resources company that primarily produces coal, ranking among the country's top five coal producers, based in Centurion, Gauteng, and traded on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange under the ticker EXX. The company was originally known as Kumba Resources Limited and took its current name in November 2006 following an unbundling that merged its operations with Eyesizwe Coal and Namakwa Sands. As of December 31, 2021 Exxaro reported assets of R75.7 billion, a market capitalization of R53.4 billion, and revenue of R32.771 billion, and in 2019 it moved into a new Centurion headquarters building called the conneXXion, with a 5-star energy rating.
