DC Brau Brewing is an American brewery based in Washington, D.C., founded in 2009 by business manager Brandon Skall and brewmaster Jeff Hancock. It was the first brewery to operate inside the District of Columbia since the Heurich Brewery closed in 1956, and its releases have included the pale ale The Public, the India pale ale The Corruption, the Belgian style pale ale The Citizen, and the pilsner Brau Pils.
