Green Flash Brewing Company is an American craft brewery headquartered in the Mira Mesa neighborhood of San Diego, California, founded in 2002. After an expansion financed by loans left it unable to keep up with payments, its principal lender foreclosed and the company was sold to a group of investors, WC IPA LLC, in April 2018. It was later acquired by Tilray in January 2022.
