Bayern Brewing is a brewery in Missoula, Montana, and the oldest brewery in the state. It was founded in 1987 by Trudy and Reinhard Schultz and Donald Gamer, and is named after Bayern, the German state also known as Bavaria. The brewery focuses on German food and beer and pursues environmentally friendly policies.
