The Minhas Craft Brewery, located in Monroe, Wisconsin, is owned by brother and sister Ravinder and Manjit Minhas. It is the Midwest's oldest brewery and the second oldest in the United States, having survived the Great Depression, Prohibition, and a fire, and is currently the eighteenth largest craft brewery in America.
