Capital Brewery is a beer producer in Middleton, Wisconsin, founded on March 14, 1984 by Ed Janus and brewing since 1986 out of a converted former egg processing plant. The company makes more than 20,000 barrels of beer a year across two dozen varieties and distributes across Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and Minnesota.
