Invercargill Brewery was the southernmost brewer of beer in New Zealand, founded in 1999 by Steve Nally, a chemistry graduate and self trained brewer who emphasized locally sourced ingredients. The brewery operated near Invercargill, moving to 8 Wood Street in 2006 and to 72 Leet Street in 2014.
