China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited

China Resources Beer is a subsidiary of China Resources Holdings whose assets include a majority share in CR Snow, the largest brewing company in China, formed as a joint venture with SABMiller. Headquartered in Hong Kong and founded in 1992, the company rebranded from China Resources Enterprise in September 2015 after selling its non-beer operations, and trades on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as both a Hang Seng Index constituent and a red chip security.
