Puig Brands, S.A. is a Spanish premium beauty and fashion company founded in 1914 in Barcelona by Antonio Puig Castello, and remains under the management of the Puig family. It owns brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup and skincare, including Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Charlotte Tilbury, Jean Paul Gaultier, Dries Van Noten and Nina Ricci, and sells products in 150 countries with direct operations in 32. The company reported 4.3 billion euros in revenue in 2023, and went public on the Spanish stock exchange in May 2024, joining the IBEX 35 index while the Puig family retained more than 90 percent of voting shares.
