DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited

DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited, formerly Dairy Farm International Holdings, is a Hong Kong based retail company founded in 1886 with legal bases in Bermuda and Singapore. It is a subsidiary of the Jardine Matheson Group and runs more than 9,900 outlets across East and Southeast Asia, including the Wellcome, Cold Storage and Jasons Market Place supermarket chains, 7-Eleven convenience stores, the Mannings and Guardian health and beauty chains, and IKEA home furnishings stores. The group is listed on the London Stock Exchange with secondary listings in Singapore and Bermuda, employs more than 220,000 people, and rebranded from Dairy Farm to DFI Retail Group in 2021 and 2022.
