Hydes is a family-owned and managed brewery based in Salford, Greater Manchester, England, that has brewed real ales since 1863. The company owns more than 50 managed and tenanted pubs and relocated its brewing operations from Moss Side to Salford in 2012. It remains an independent, family-run business.
