Kiuchi Brewery is a Japanese alcoholic beverage producer headquartered in Naka, Ibaraki Prefecture, established in 1823 to make sake and shochu. Since 1996 it has also produced craft beer under the Hitachino Nest Beer brand, combining European brewing technology with traditional Japanese methods, and its portfolio now spans beer, sake and shochu.
