WK Kellogg Co

WK Kellogg Co is an American food manufacturing company that makes breakfast cereals for the North American market, including Froot Loops, Frosted Flakes, Rice Krispies and Special K. It was spun off from Kellogg's on October 2, 2023, and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan and named for company co-founder Will Keith Kellogg. After about two years as an independent public company, it was acquired by the Italian confectionery company Ferrero SpA in a deal announced in September 2025 for 3.1 billion dollars that closed later that month.
