Leeds United Football Club Limited is a British limited company founded on 4 May 2007 by directors Ken Bates, Shaun Harvey, and Mark Taylor. The company purchased the football club Leeds United A.F.C. through a vote of creditors after the club entered administration; the acquisition was later challenged by HM Revenue and Customs, leading administrators KPMG to put the club up for sale.
