Wesfarmers Limited is an Australian conglomerate headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, operating mainly in Australia and New Zealand across retail, chemicals, fertiliser, industrial and safety sectors. It began in 1914 as a cooperative providing services and merchandise to Western Australian farmers, before listing on the Australian Securities Exchange in 1984 and growing into a major retail conglomerate. In the 2025 financial year Wesfarmers reported revenue of 45.7 billion Australian dollars, ranking among Australia's largest companies by revenue and largest private employers with about 118,000 employees.
