KTM AG is an Austrian motorcycle, bicycle and motorsports brand tracing its foundation to 1934, as Kronreif and Trunkenpolz Mattighofen. It is recognized for manufacturing off-road motorcycles and competing in MotoGP. Bajaj Mobility AG now handles KTM motorcycle production while KTM Fahrrad GmbH manages bicycle manufacturing, and in November 2025 Bajaj Auto finalized its acquisition of a controlling interest in KTM for 800 million euros, bringing its total ownership to roughly 75 percent.
