Magna International is a Canadian automotive parts manufacturer headquartered in Aurora, Ontario, the largest automobile parts manufacturer in North America by sales of original equipment parts. It produces automotive systems, assemblies and components supplied to major automakers including General Motors, Ford, Volkswagen and Toyota, and is governed under a corporate constitution, established by founder Frank Stronach, that calls for distribution of profits to employees as well as shareholders.
