Aptiv PLC is an automotive technology company incorporated in Jersey, formed in December 2017 when Delphi Automotive plc spun off its powertrain and aftermarket businesses as the separate company Delphi Technologies and renamed its remaining operations Aptiv. It designs and manufactures vehicle electrical architecture, software and safety technology used across the automotive industry, with operations in about fifty countries.
