CelcomDigi Berhad

CelcomDigi Berhad is a communications conglomerate and mobile service provider in Malaysia, formed by the merger of Celcom and Digi.Com Berhad. The merger between parent groups Axiata and Telenor was announced in June 2021, approved by shareholders in November 2022, and completed on November 30, 2022, with the combined company renamed CelcomDigi Berhad in February 2023. It is the largest wireless carrier in Malaysia, providing mobile telecommunications, broadband and fixed-line services over 2G, 4G and a shared 5G network, and is listed on Bursa Malaysia.
