Inforpress, the Capeverdean News Agency, is the official news agency of Cape Verde, headquartered in the capital Praia. It began operating in 1988 under the name Cabopress and was renamed Inforpress in 1998. The government-owned agency merged into the broader company Radiotelevisao e Inforpress, Sociedade Anonima, in 2015.
