Dovzhenko Film Studios is a Ukrainian and former Soviet film production studio based in Kyiv, Ukraine, founded in 1927. It is one of the oldest and largest film studios in Ukraine and operates as the national cinema studio for feature films. The studio was named after Soviet filmmaker Oleksandr Dovzhenko in 1957, became the property of the Ukrainian government after the collapse of the Soviet Union, was awarded national status in 2000, and is designated an Immovable Monument of National Significance of Ukraine.
