Hengdian World Studios

Hengdian World Studios is a Chinese film studio founded in 1996 in the town of Hengdian, in Dongyang, a county-level city in Jinhua, Zhejiang province. Privately owned and operated by the Hengdian Group, established by Xu Wenrong, the studio covers about 331 hectares and is one of the largest outdoor filming locations in the world, expanded over time to include replica historical structures and themed attractions used for both film and television production and tourism, drawing millions of visitors a year.
