Informa plc

Informa plc is a British publishing, business intelligence and exhibitions group headquartered in London, formed in December 1998 through the merger of IBC Group plc and LLP Group plc, the publisher of Lloyd's List. The company operates in specialist information, scholarly research, electronic publishing, event management and business intelligence across more than 43 countries with about 14,000 employees, organised into five segments: Informa Connect, Informa Festivals, Informa Markets, Informa TechTarget and Taylor and Francis. Its brands include Fan Expo, VidCon, the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, CRC Press, Routledge and Taylor and Francis, built up through sustained acquisition and business development. Informa is listed on the London Stock Exchange as a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.
