The Macedonian Press Agency, known as MPA, was one of the two major news agencies in Greece alongside the Athens News Agency, specializing in political, cultural and economic news with particular emphasis on the Balkans, Eastern Europe and the Black Sea region. It later merged with the Athens News Agency to form the Athens News Agency-Macedonian Press Agency.
