BlueCo Sports and Entertainment Ltd. is a British sports investment holding company founded in 2022 by American investors Todd Boehly and the Clearlake Capital-led consortium that acquired Chelsea Football Club that year. It owns Chelsea FC and the French club RC Strasbourg Alsace as part of a multi-club ownership structure.
