Nexstar Media Group is an American multimedia conglomerate founded on June 17, 1996, with corporate headquarters in Irving, Texas and operational headquarters in Midtown Manhattan. It is the largest television broadcasting company in the United States, owning 265 television stations affiliated with major American networks, three radio stations, The CW television network, the NewsNation pay television network and The Hill newspaper. Founder and CEO Perry A. Sook remains its largest insider shareholder, and the company reported revenue of 4.95 billion dollars in 2025.
