Ciner Media Group

Ciner Media Group, or Ciner Medya Grubu, is a Turkish media conglomerate established in 2007 as part of the Ciner Holding group led by Turgay Ciner, headquartered in Uskudar, Turkey. It publishes the Haberturk newspaper and operates Haberturk TV and radio, plus the television channels Kanal 1, Show TV and 7/24 Spor, co-owns Bloomberg HT, and publishes Turkish editions of international magazines including FHM; it also owns the sports club Kasimpasa SK. The group's earlier holdings, the Sabah newspaper and ATV television station owned between 2005 and 2007, were seized by government authorities, after which it acquired the Haberturk properties in 2007 and Show TV in 2013.
