The Oulu Film Centre is a Finnish cultural organization founded in 1973, with a mission to advance knowledge of film culture, history and research. It consults on and rents sixteen millimeter films, screens films in its own theatre known as Studio, and maintains a film library and archive that is the second largest of its kind in Finland after the National Visual Archive. The centre also arranges seminars and other meetings.
