Beta Film GmbH is a German company dedicated to the licensing, distribution and production of film and television content, established in 1959 in Munich by Leo Kirch. The company has grown to operate across multiple European countries including Austria, Italy, Croatia, Spain and Sweden, and following the collapse of Kirch's media holdings in 2004 it was acquired by Jan Mojto, who continues as its current owner.
