BAC Films is a French film production and distribution company based in Paris, founded in 1986 by Jean Labadie, Eric Heumann and Stephane Sorlat. Vivendi acquired a 10 percent stake in the company's capital in 1988, followed by a 20 percent stake, funding that allowed BAC Films to make larger and more ambitious acquisitions.
