Sirius XM Holdings Inc. is an American satellite radio and audio entertainment company headquartered in New York City, formed by the 2008 merger of Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio. It broadcasts music, sports, news and talk channels by subscription across North America and also owns the streaming music service Pandora.
