WHTM-TV is a television station licensed to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, serving the Susquehanna Valley region as an affiliate of ABC. It is owned by Nexstar Media Group, whose Tegna subsidiary owns the Fox affiliate WPMT in the same market. The station studios are on North 6th Street in Harrisburg, and through a channel sharing agreement with the religious independent station WLYH, both stations transmit using WHTM-TV own spectrum from an antenna on a ridge north of Interstate 81 along the Cumberland-Perry county line.
