Numericable

Numericable was a French cable television and telecommunications provider that operated from 2007 to 2014, offering digital and analog television, internet and mobile phone services in France, Luxembourg and Portugal. Formed from the 2006 merger of the Noos and NC Numericable networks and rebranded Numericable in August 2007, it controlled about 32 percent of French cable households before acquiring Vivendi's SFR subsidiary in 2014; the combined company adopted the SFR name in 2016 and the Numericable brand was fully retired by 2019.
